When we got to visit, an exhibit was currently on desplay designed by a man named Colani. Here you can see him, the big man himself, seated behind Rachel. First the Queen, now Colani! Talk about Celebrity City!
For the first Sunday in London, some of the students took a day trip to Bath. It is a gorgeous city about two hours outside of London. Here the students witness ancient Roman life at its finest!
The Roman Baths, the Royal Circus, and the Royal Cresent were top spots seen!
Not to mention some great sketching time!

The Museum of the World for the World! Located in one of England's architectural masterpieces and has one of the most amazing collections of artifacts from two million years of history!
Some of the highlights that the students got to see at the museum were pieces such as Greek and Roman sculpture to Egyptian Mummies.
So after our first night sleep in our awesome hotel, we have started our second day in the city. First we went to Westminster Abbey.
This is the famous Rose Window of the Abbey, gorgeous stained glass! All of the coronations of the Royal Family have been held in this abbey. More recently, Princess Diana's funeral service was held here. Also, many previous Kings and Queen are buried here.
We're finally here! After months and months of waiting, we have finally arrived! I'm sure you all are asking, what could possibly happen to make it the BEST day in London EVER? Well, we saw the QUEEN HERSELF. Yup! Her majesty, just chillin' in her auto probably 10 feet from us all. Don't believe us?
Well there you go ladies and gents!
For our first day, we basically checked out the city. We saw Big Ben, Buckingham Palace (where we saw her majesty), Trafalgar Square, and several other London hot spots.
Here we all are, looking a little wind blown in front of Big Ben. The touring the city was great, and our trip has truly just begun!
